Goal setting is presented to each class. The teacher and the class list all the things they want to learn as part of their mission building.
The students come up with an affinity diagram. It can be difficult to communicate the expectations with students.
The students are led to realize what they need to do in order to achieve the goals expected of them in order to
meet or exceed county expectations. They learn about action plans. Ideas are grouped by category or subject.
The expectations are discussed for art and the list compared to the Pinellas County Sunshine State Expectations.
If an expectation isn't listed on the chart, it is added. Goals are established for each weekly class, each unit.
