We are in Largo, Florida; about 30 minutes west of Tampa. |

2. How long have you been doing ceramics ? |
|
XP has been doing ceramics for forty years. He first learned the potters wheel in the ninth grade in 1962. He got his first wheel at a thrift store for $ 15.00 in 1965. He built a wooden kick wheel in 1980. The electric wheel he uses now, was a trade for some silk screen equipment; that was about ten years ago. |

3. Where do you work ? |
|
Our studio is in the garage. We have tables we set up [ and down ] in in front of the studio for production jobs. The kilns are on the side of the house under a temporary canapy. |

|
Sometimes; we have a TV in the studio. We watch the weather channea lot. We watch a variety of shows. The radio is on more than the TV. We listen to NPR daily. |
