	This ceramic mask was created with a technique called " sgrafitto". While the clay is still soft a layer of black glaze was brushed on the entire surface. Then, a design is cut through the glaze to reveal the white clay body below. Now, there is a white cut line on a black background. Check out the another sgrafitto mask. ENLARGE
