Our Purple Habiscus Teapot earthenware teapot was inspired by, what we thought, was a purple Lily. We first saw it along the Wekiva River near Orlando. It grows at the water's edge and cascades over the river like tunnels of flowers. The sun light filters through the leaves and petals creating fantastic reflections in the cool river as it crawls over the the leafy bottom. It is made with loving care, attention to detail and an imagination. Mostly imagination. [ I have since found out lilies don't grow on trees and it is a hibiscus. ] It is a perfect addition to your collection. See more FLOWERS |
